Andrew Corporation, a global leader in communications systems and products, will report its fourth quarter fiscal 2007 financial results after the stock market closes on Tuesday, October 30.
Due to the pending acquisition of Andrew by CommScope, Inc. (NYSE:CTV), which was announced on June 27, 2007, the company will not hold a conference call or webcast to discuss fourth quarter fiscal 2007 results.
