CommScope Awarded Customer Care Award from Computerworld Singapore for Second Consecutive Year

CommScope, Inc., a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks, was awarded the Customer Care Award from Computerworld Singapore in the category of Physical Infrastructure—Networks.

The award was given to CommScope during an event held on June 10, 2011 in Singapore, marking the second consecutive year CommScope has received this accolade. The winners of this honor are considered to be the nation’s best providers of pre- and post-implementation consulting, support and maintenance work in the area of information and communication technology (ICT) as chosen by their customers.

They were asked to rate them in delivery of services at every stage of a given technology deployment—running from early stage consulting through complete implementation, user testing, and continual maintenance, support and process enhancement. Their responses were gathered, analyzed and audited by regional market analyst house Fairfax Business Research (FBR)—a sister company of Fairfax Business Media, the publisher of Computerworld Singapore—for the highest accuracy of results possible. The ICT vendors with the highest scores across all evaluation areas in their respective categories were honored with the Customer Care Award.
