SYSTIMAX Solutions, the worldwide leader in structured connectivity solutions for organizations, won the award for “Outstanding Innovation in Cabling” at the inaugural Network Middle East Innovation Awards that were announced Sunday 12th June.

The awards ceremony, which took place at Dubai’s Shangri-La Hotel, was held alongside the BICSI Middle East & Africa conference, and was attended by senior network and IT professionals from across the region.
SYSTIMAX Solutions launched its complete, end-to-end UTP cabling technology capable of supporting 10 Gb/s at the end of 2004. The company believes the GigaSPEED X10D Solution is the first complete solution that fully meets the latest IEEE 802.3an specifications for 10GBASE-T as well as the proposed TIA and ISO/IEC specifications for Category 6A/ New Class E.
Innovative features of the GigaSPEED X10D Solution include a new cable design based on a traditional round shape that has been developed using patent-pending technology.
