The 53E cabinet is an outdoor enclosure with
a capacity of up to 1024 lines. A cross-connect provides 1040 protected feeder
(equipment-side) lines and 1560 distribution (subscriber-side) lines. In
addition, this cabinet houses the AC power interface, rectifiers, ringing
generator, standby batteries, and a fiber splicing panel for a complete integrated
solution.

model comes equipped with our standard cooling system and is easily field
upgradeable to include a heat exchanger for higher power requirements or
more extreme temperature environments. Designed for CE certification, the
enclosures can accommodate a range of Power, Battery, or electronics for
an outdoor environment, in a highly cost competitive manner.
EV48-1: Provides a separate electronics compartment with 22" of
vertical rack mounting space and a battery compartment with (1) shelf for
your battery backup needs.
EV48-2: Provides a separate electronics compartment with 30" of
