CommScope Adds New Bi-Directional House Amplifier to its Extensive Line of Signal Vision^® Subscriber Drop Products

CommScope announces the introduction of new bi-directional gain amplifiers to the Signal Vision line of subscriber drop products. With the growing demand for bi-directional high-speed data services, many cable operators desire the convenience of having both forward and reverse amplification in one compact housing. CommScope met this demand with the introduction of the SV-A15-AFRS series of amplifiers.

Available in 1,2,4 and 8 port configurations, this amplifier is the smallest of its kind in the industry. 15 dB forward gain and 10 dB gain in the reverse path provides the bi-directional amplification needed to support today’s high-speed data networks. Designed in a compact aluminum housing with moisture and RFI gaskets, this product meets the harsh demands of an outside plant environment.
