R.E.D.
(Rotational Engineering Development) Program

Designed exclusively for graduate students. Over the course of two years, you'll have the potential to rotate through assignments in Minnesota, North Carolina, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, California or Virginia. Rotations last 3-8 months. The R.E.D. program disciplines are:

In our R.E.D. program, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement new processes, receive formal leadership training during your rotational assignment, and get coaching and mentoring with our technical and business leaders.
