Ernie Pickens

Ernie Pickens is senior vice president of Enterprise Networks for CommScope, a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks. Mr. Pickens is responsible for leading the product management and business development functions fiber, inside plant copper and enterprise markets globally.  

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Pickens was the senior vice president of Enterprise Solutions where he led a global team responsible for collaboration with the business segment groups to develop solutions and go to market strategies for new growth markets for Enterprise.

Previous to that role, Mr. Pickens was the senior vice president of New Market Development.  In roles prior to that, he led CommScope teams as senior vice president for OEM Sales & New Market Development,  vice president of Global Customer Solutions, sales vice president for Caribbean and Latin America and for the Middle East region, including several technical roles since his start with the company.
