Jay Bestermann is a senior director of Managed Networks at CommScope, a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks. In this role, he is responsible for helping service providers build and deploy carrier grade networks that unlock valuable new business services monetization opportunities and improve the mobile experience for their subscribers.  Mr. Bestermann has been taking products from concept to reality for 20+ years, combining the technical and business expertise to apply innovative solutions to even the most complex service provider challenges. He is the holder of multiple mobile offload related patents, and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
