Marco Schiano is Director of Business Development for CommScope Home Networks’ HomeSight system. In this role, Marco is responsible for developing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and expanding the HomeSight brand to deliver innovative solutions for global healthcare and homecare markets.

Marco brings more than 25 years of experience to CommScope, leveraging his clinical experience as a nurse and various roles in sales and business development to lead Home Networks’ expansion into the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining CommScope, Marco was Vice President of Business Development at eFamilyCare and Director of Business Development at Encompass Health.

Marco was also a Clinical Nurse Consultant at Hospira before joining Virtua Health as the Nurse Director and then moving into a Physician Liaison and business development role.

Marco is passionate about affordable, accessible healthcare for everyone and believes HomeSight is a key technology to help older adults achieve longer, independent, dignified living.
