Mark Schaffer
Mark is Sr. Director, Product Management at CommScope and holds Product Line responsibility for the CommScope Programmer Content Distribution business, including Uplink systems and IRD products used for satellite and CDN distribution of video services to affiliate MVPD operators. He has been with the organization for 21 years. Prior to joining CommScope, Mark held positions at TANDBERG Television, NDS, and Sony with experience in the broadcast and video compression industry for more than 30 years.
Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from University of Texas in Austin. He is a member of SCTE, Ultra HD (UHD) Form, and SVG.
