CommScope's ability to adapt to changing markets and technologies did not happen by accident. Over the years, I have seen that dedication throughout the organization. I have seen engineers push for the best technical solution. I have seen manufacturing teams take pride in the quality of every product. I have seen customer-facing teams earn trust through expertise, responsiveness and partnership. I have also seen generations of employees pass along knowledge, experience and values that continue to strengthen the company.
Those contributions cannot be fully measured on a balance sheet. They are reflected in the commitment, resilience and pride that have helped shape CommScope for 50 years.

As we look ahead, I am optimistic about the future.
The demand for connectivity continues to grow. Customers need more capacity, more speed, greater resilience and more intelligence built into their networks. Across broadband, data centers and building and campus networks, these trends present significant opportunities and meaningful challenges to solve.
These are areas where CommScope brings decades of experience, proven capabilities and trusted customer relationships.
At the same time, our next chapter as part of Amphenol positions us to move forward from an even stronger foundation. This is not about changing what made CommScope successful. It is about building on it. The strengths that define CommScope today--our brand, our expertise, our customer relationships and our people--remain central to our future success.
The significance of this anniversary goes beyond celebrating a milestone. It is also a reminder of our responsibility.
We honor the vision of founder, Frank Drendel, and the people who helped build CommScope over the past five decades. We recognize the customers who placed their trust in us and the employees whose dedication made this journey possible.
And we accept the responsibility to carry that legacy forward.
