CommScope Appoints Rongji As Distributor in China

—Strategic relationship set to enhance CommScope’s local channel network in Chinese market—

BEIJING, China, December 12, 2012 – CommScope, Inc., a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks, has signed a strategic distribution agreement with RongJi WUYi Information Tech Co Ltd. As a CommScope authorized distributor in China, Rongji will further enhance existing distribution allocation systems to provide services and support to CommScope’s regional partners and customers.

CommScope will leverage its strengths in manufacturing, sales and marketing with Rongji’s expertise in production integration, distribution, and client resource management to accelerate business growth in the Chinese market and build a strong foundation for long term development.
