However, this week is a little unique, in that it is officially Engineering Week. I’d like to take the moment to thank and recognize our engineers for their contributions. You all work on the engine that powers both our company and the industry. You are leaders in your field. You change our vision into a reality and create solutions where there were once problems. You keep CommScope ahead of the competition in wired and wireless technologies.

Whether you are a new employee, fresh from university, or a 25-year veteran, you should take pride in knowing how important you are to CommScope. Solving important customer problems in unique and value creating ways is what sets CommScope apart.

Purpose, vision, and values are our core values, and I believe our engineering community leads the way in all three. Your commitment to collaboration and your desire to win advances the company and pushes the boundary of technology to help create the world’s most advanced networks. You, to say it simply, inspire me.

We are a community of engineers, working together to build the infrastructure that grows economies and brings people closer together.
