Scott Weinstein is Vice President, ANS Product Management at CommScope. He has been with CommScope since 2010, via Aurora Networks, Pace and ARRIS. Before joining Aurora Networks, Weinstein was a managing director in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group at Piper Jaffray & Co, and prior to that, with Thomas Weisel Partners and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson.
During his 15 years in the financial banking and mergers-and-acquisitions sector, Weinstein was involved in close to 100 corporate transactions and financing deals valued in excess of $15 billion. He holds of Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
