Krista Bowen¹
Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Krista Bowen became our Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary in 2025. Ms. Bowen joined CommScope in 2010 as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel, leading the global commercial contracts team. Her portfolio of responsibilities expanded over time to include M&A, compliance and global trade, among other areas. Prior to joining CommScope, Ms. Bowen was a shareholder at Robinson Bradshaw, a law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a focus on M&A transactions.
Ms. Bowen represents CommScope as a director on the board of Vantiva SA (Euronext Paris: VANTI).
Ms. Bowen has a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and a B.A. in finance from West Virginia University.
