CommScope Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering Of Common Stock by Affiliate of The Carlyle Group

CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: COMM) announced today the pricing of the previously announced sale of 20 million shares of its common stock by an affiliate of The Carlyle Group.
