Solving Customers' Problems Through Great Partners

CommScope customers have even more support options, thanks to the continued expansion of the company’s PartnerPRO Network. This month alone, CommScope has added new designations for iTRACS CPIM Accredited Integrators and Redwood Systems Installation Partners. Stephen Kowal discusses the program‘s growth and how it is able to deliver more to customers around the world in his latest blog post.

PartnerPRO NetworkThe amount of support that CommScope customers can access continues to grow thanks to the continued expansion of CommScope’s PartnerPRO Network. Since its launch one year ago, the PartnerPRO Network has grown to include more than 2,100 partners in 87 countries. This rapid expansion could not have been achieved without a unified approach from among our many wonderful partners, who are totally focused on solving customer problems no matter where they are located throughout the world.

While keeping a sharp customer focus, the PartnerPRO Network was designed to be modular, which creates the flexibility that enables us to bring new technologies to market for our customers. Some of the most valuable input we receive when exploring a new service offering is the feedback we get from our partners. I cannot stress enough that our partners are one of the foundations of CommScope’s business. We very much value joining forces with the best companies in each of our markets--highly-qualified partners that are held to the highest standards.

When we introduced the PartnerPRO Network last year, we leaned heavily on the strength of our core SYSTIMAX program that we’ve had in place since the early 1980s. By also keeping our focus on flexibility, we were able to expand the program offerings to include in-building wireless through the Andrew brand in our wireless business. The growth of the PartnerPRO Network has also been spurred on by CommScope’s recent acquisitions of iTRACS and Redwood Systems. We are very excited that we now offer our partners the option to apply for designations as an iTRACSCPIM Accredited Integrator or a Redwood Systems Installation Partner. These two new programs offer customers the latest in award-winning building-performance lighting solutions and data center infrastructure management(DCIM).

As I look down the road, these and other accreditations and designations will enable our partners to be even more valuable to their customers. In turn, our partners are even more valuable to us. Without our qualified expert partners bringing CommScope solutions to customers around the world, the PartnerPRO Network would not be where it is today. Together, we are making huge strides in meeting our customers’ needs for helping their businesses handle the challenges ahead.
