CommScope Expands Its PartnerPRO Network by Integrating Former TE Connectivity’s BNS ND&I Program

September 8, 2016 HICKORY, NC

The PartnerPRO Network consists of thousands of CommScope certified local installers, distributors and integrators that put its high-performance solutions to work. That network is ready to expand and strengthen CommScope’s position in the global enterprise market.

Following its acquisition of TE Connectivity’s Broadband Network Solutions (BNS) business (telecom, enterprise and wireless) last year, CommScope is inviting select partners who use the BNS Network Design & Installation (ND&I) program to join the PartnerPRO Network. By the time this integration is completed at the close of 2016, the PartnerPRO Network is expected to almost double in size.

“Our global customers have come to rely on the PartnerPRO Network as a standard for quality, reliability and consistency,” said Stephen Kowal, senior vice president, Global Partners, CommScope. “AMP NETCONNECT®, KRONE® and ADC® brands are well respected in the enterprise market. The acquisition of the BNS business, allowed CommScope to expand its copper and fiber technology offering, helping network managers build and upgrade networks, and provide and support the bandwidth demands of their critical business applications now and in the future.”

Customers who used the BNS ND&I program, looking to build a dependable, high-performance network or data center, can now work with PartnerPRO Network to provide complete, end-to-end network cabling and connectivity solutions—all from a single manufacturer.

“It is our goal to integrate thousands of former BNS partners into the PartnerPRO Network without sacrificing the experience our customers have come to expect,” Kowal added. “We are excited to develop a formal relationship with the thousands of BNS ND&I partners coming into the PartnerPRO Network.”

As part of the integration, the BNS ND&I program will be discontinued on January 1, 2017. Customers can have peace of mind that AMP NETCONNECT installers, who join the PartnerPRO Network are trained, accredited and certified by CommScope and are reputable experts in current and upcoming CommScope solutions.

New partners will have added benefits including access to the CommScope PartnerPRO Portal, a tool for partners that runs on a best-in-class, data management technology created to simplify the process of collaboration for customer projects, ultimately providing customers faster access to CommScope technology.

Today, the PartnerPRO Network has active partners in 88 countries and serves as a resource with thousands of distributors, installers, integrators and consultants worldwide.
