CommScope’s David Hall to Discuss Intelligent Data Centers During Datacenter Dynamics in Toronto

Designing IT Infrastructures Today, Meeting The Needs of Tomorrow
December 5, 2011 HICKORY, N.C.

CommScope, Inc., a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks, will have one of its experts speak about intelligent data centers during this month’s Datacenter Dynamics Toronto 2011.

David Hall, solutions manager, Enterprise, CommScope, will present on Monday, December 12 on “Can Your Data Center IT Infrastructure Keep Pace with The Rest of Your Business.” He will discuss several topics including how:

  • The data center IT space continues to change and evolve as new technologies and architectures are introduced
  • Enterprises have been challenged with responding to the rapid growth of their facilities, while maximizing the use of their resources
  • Informed design decisions can save time, labor and installation costs today while facilitating future expansion
  • Using modular building blocks ranging from pre-terminated data cables to containerized server farms help enterprises adapt to the rapidly changing environments

Hall’s presentation will showcase case studies that focus on these trends and the design approaches that can be used to support current needs for a high performance physical IT infrastructure and ease migration to higher speeds and newer architectures.

Datacenter Dynamics Toronto 2011 deals with data center designs as technology moves forward to catch up with 21st century demands and assesses the challenges and limitations of existing infrastructure. The conference, at the Marriott Eaton Center, will incorporate case studies and technical presentations.
