Jim Doherty is vice president of Global Sales Operations at CommScope, responsible for empowering sales employees and channel partners with the tools, training and programs needed for success. Previously, Jim led sales operations for a CommScope business segment and the company's inside sales and sale support organization.

Jim holds his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from North Carolina State University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University.
