The heart of PowerShift Metro is the power hub—ac power supply, rectiﬁer and battery backup—that can be deployed from any central location or macro site. Fed by the grid, each hub provides a voltage boosted powered DC bus and backhaul to as many as four small cell clusters and supports a variety of topologies.
