SYSTIMAX Solutions™, the world leader in structured connectivity solutions, today signed a distribution agreement with Founder Century Information System Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of the Founder Group. Under the terms of the agreement, Founder Century becomes a national distributor of SYSTIMAX Solutions, providing SYSTIMAX® products and technical support throughout China.
Dr. Ish Kandasamy, Vice President and Managing Director of SYSTIMAX Solutions in Asia Pacific and Mr. Liu Xiao Kun, President of Founder Century, attended the signing ceremony in person. Charles Wong, Managing Director of SYSTIMAX Solutions in Greater China and Korea and Mr. Bi Shu Ping, Vice President of Founder Century, signed the agreement on behalf of their companies.
SYSTIMAX Solutions has a global network of approximately 2000 highly skilled BusinessPartners selling and supporting its solutions. In China, the company is strengthening this channel to capitalize on growth and opportunities in the marketplace. In its new role, Founder Century will use its mature distribution network to deliver SYSTIMAX cabling and wireless solutions across a full range of industry sectors.
